It has been another truly satisfying year for Navoday Foundation, a year in which we have accomplished some desired goals and some showing path to which we need to walk on. Throughout the year we have remained true to our vision of ensuring that women play a lead role in the development of their society as true partners for a transformative change. The challenges we came across helped us learning lessons which is necessary to our growth as an organization. We hope that these learnings will continue to spur us to greater heights. We are grateful to our committed team that always strive to deliver quality results, our board members for their guidance to make our work impactful. And these all cannot be possible
without undoubted trust and support from our partners, government stakeholders and office bearers of Navoday Foundation.

Finally, I would like to acknowledge the support receive from Seven Sisters Development Assistance (SeSTA), India Welfare Trust, Sustainable Green Initiatives, Northeast RCRC (Chapter
