Rural Development

• To look after development of the village roads, water supply for pure drinking water, proper sanitation of the villages.
• To encourage community for to maintain the Roads and Drainages in their living places.
• To create employment opportunities for the weaker section of the society, particularly those who are living under BPL to enabling them to use their skills by undertaking income generation activities.

 Child and women welfare:

• To promote helpline centre for deserted/destitute children and women
• To provide support to widow women in need base.
• To organize various skill development program for women.
• To generate awareness among the child laborers regarding their rights
• To protect, promote and publicize the rights of women in the family and in the society by educating the masses and by causing the people to be vigilant against domestic violence and all kinds of physical and mental torture and harassment of women in our society, Gender Equality.
• To provide employment opportunities generation schemes for women
• To prevent the spread of child marriage and Child labors.

Social Development

• To organize various awareness programs like human right, mentally challenged person.
• To provide food and shelters and works for rehabilitation of victims on natural calamities.
• To organize workshops, seminar, training program on social , cultural development and education related issues for students, teachers community leaders , youth and women groups, social workers and others in collaboration with Government and Non-Government Organization .
• To create employment generation activity for the weaker section of the society particularly those who are living on BPL categories.
• To provide financial assistance or any other support towards relief and rehabilitation of the populace affected by calamities like cyclone, earth quakes, epidemics, fire famine, floods, war, riots etc.
• To ensure social security & welfare amenities and various labour legislation to all section of workers in organized/unorganized sector through enforcement of various labor laws.

Health Services

• To organize Health related awareness program among the rural and urban slums areas, the Downtrodden & illiterates poor masses. Especially emphasis will given to pregnant and child. To assist the department of health and family welfares of the child and mother.
• To lunch the program of child health, child nutrition, vaccination and frequent medical checkup poor child.
• To create awareness on sanitation and safety alert from communicable diseases infectious diseases, epidemic disease, sex related disease etc. through organize medical camp and consultation.
• To facilitate arrangement of pulse polio vaccination, medical checkup, awareness camp for drug abuse and HIV/AlDS.

Environment protection

• To promote eco-tourism
• To encourage community to keep themselves in clean environment.
• To work pollution control and plant trees in surrounding areas.
• To work for conservation of flora and fauna.
• To organize awareness campaign on climate change, global warming& CO2 Pollution to save the people for a healthy life style.
• To work for conservation, preservation and growth of all kinds of natural resources and wild life and also for search design and implement effective plans and projects {or socio-economic development keeping in view the scientific and technological aspects.

Arts, Culture and Sports

• To promote the preservation, practices and development of all the forms of music, dance, drama, arts and culture, particula.ly indigenous and folk music and dance various forms of dance, lndian classical music and dance, various forms of drama different forms of fine arts.
• Playing df traditional musical instruments, organizing arts, drama and cultural shows
• To promote and work for all round development of games among the youth especially that of indigenous and sports.
• To promote and encourages physical fitness, yoga, meditation and moral education to the children, youth and women for the development of good health , good characters and build of strong healthy discipline nation as well as to developed the sportsman spirit among the youth of the society.

 Agriculture

• To assist the agriculture development like nursery, farming etc., among the general people.
• To organized training and awareness programs for modernization of agriculture, multiple cropping etc.
• To raise the level of consciousness, productivity, income and standard of living of the farmers.
• Adoption of scientific agricultural & allied practices for production of food grains and other crops thereby raising the quality of life of millions of rural people and thereby contributing of the growths of a vibrant, self-sustaining and surplus economy.

• To promote agricultural, horticulture, sericulture, animal husbandry.
• To promote dairy products, pisciculture, poultry farms, ducks and goat breeding, food processing, horticulture and provide agriculture machineries and training programs to farmers

Tourism

• To work all the sector of the society, Nature, environment, wild life, Heritage Monuments, Culture, Agriculture, Water, Natural Resources, Human Resources Awareness in Every Sectors etc. and promote rural tourism.
• To organize awareness camps regarding environment, tourism and hospitality industry and foreign language in various schools, colleges and University of North East.

Education Services

• To impa.t quality education to children, youths and adults and illiterate women in order to improve the quality of life and their standard of living.
• To provide support and guidance to students from economically poor background though scholarship and sponsorship program.
• To organized workshop, seminar and training pro8rammes for students, teachers Community leaders, youths, women and children.
• To provide vocational training and life skills training program to financial backward women and children.
• To aware community to utilize the benefits of science and technology.

Science and Technology

• To Organize Seminars, conference, meeting, demonstration, public options to the various problems involving education by way of applying scientific education.
• To encourage the application on of science and technology in proper manner improving the day to day lifestyle and livelihood.
• To execute/implement of schemes of science technology and environment of the Govt. of India, Govt. of Assam and NEC and other public bodies.
• To implement various schemes program through its subordinate organization/institution (ASTEC,ASC, AEDA, CPP and TASST)
