Responsibilities:
- Oversee project activities related to mushroom cultivation and horticulture.
- Coordinate with project beneficiaries and stakeholders.
- Conduct training programs and capacity-building workshops.
- Monitor and report project progress.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with rural communities.
- Prior experience in agriculture or horticulture projects is an added advantage.

Role Overview:
Navoday Foundation is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual for the position of Field Executive. The selected candidate will work closely with rural communities to implement and manage projects related to mushroom cultivation and scientific horticulture, ensuring sustainable livelihood opportunities for beneficiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits across the Bhergaon, Rowta, and Udalguri development blocks.
- Facilitate and provide hands-on training in mushroom cultivation techniques and scientific horticulture practices.
- Monitor the progress of community-based agricultural and horticultural initiatives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including local self-help groups VCDC , and agricultural experts.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on project implementation and outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- HS Passed encourage to apply
- Prior experience in community development, agriculture, or horticulture is preferred.
- Knowledge of mushroom cultivation and horticulture techniques will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills in Assamese and/or Hindi; knowledge of local dialects is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Udalguri district.
Compensation:
Montly stipend of Rs- 8000/-
