Navoday Foundation is inviting applications for the position of Project Coordinator to support our ongoing livelihood and community development initiatives.
🔹 Position: Project Coordinator
🔹 Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
🔹 Age Limit: 24 to 30 years
🔹 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and implement field-level project activities
Mobilize and engage community members, especially women beneficiaries
Support training programs and exposure visits
Maintain project documentation, reports, and data records
Liaise with stakeholders, partners, and local institutions
Monitor progress and ensure timely execution of project plans
🔹 Preferred Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting
Willingness to travel within project areas
Prior experience in NGO/development sector will be an advantage
